AFFILIO COMMUNITY STANDARDS

A trustworthy place to run an affiliate program.

Business and affiliate conduct

Use accurate business identities and only promote products and claims you are authorized to advertise. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, stolen identities, unlawful goods and misleading earnings or medical claims are prohibited. Do not upload other people’s sensitive information or intellectual property without authorization.

Promotional disclosures

Clearly explain when you may receive a commission, payment, free product or another benefit. Example: “I may earn a commission if you buy using my code.” Put the disclosure alongside the endorsement; a hidden policy link is not a substitute. A template does not replace your responsibility to follow applicable advertising rules.

Program and payment transparency

Businesses must describe commission rules, qualifying orders, refund treatment, payment schedules and dispute contacts accurately. Displayed earnings are not a guarantee of future income. Affiliate rewards and merchant subscription billing are different transactions. Do not ask users to post passwords, government IDs or payment credentials in custom forms or messages.

Reports, blocks and moderation

Use the report controls on messages and program content. You can block a conversation and manage blocks in Support & Privacy. AFFILIO may remove content, restrict an abusive account or suspend a business after review. Reports are reviewed by platform administrators, not disclosed to the reported person as a public post.

Age and merchant eligibility

New public onboarding uses an adult eligibility declaration where enabled. Existing approved programs are not automatically migrated. Programs involving younger participants or regulated products require a separate review; an age declaration alone does not establish legal eligibility.
