1. Use of Platform

Affilio provides tools for managing affiliate programs. Users agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes only. You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate tracking or commissions fraudulently
• Reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security and confidentiality
• Accuracy of provided information
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us of unauthorized access

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Affilio may charge subscription fees based on your selected plan
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings

4. Affiliate Data & Responsibility

Affilio does not guarantee affiliate performance, sales outcomes, or revenue results. You are solely responsible for how you manage, compensate, and communicate with your affiliates.

5. Integrations

Affilio integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, Google Sheets, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Data accuracy from integrations
• Third-party outages or service disruptions
• Changes to third-party APIs or services

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Fraudulently manipulate tracking or commissions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to exploit the platform
• Scrape or bulk-download data without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and features of Affilio are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay. Termination is effective immediately upon notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Affilio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue or profits
• Data inaccuracies or loss
• System downtime or outages
• Indirect or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of updated terms.
